Q: Are
your vans serviced and ready to go today?
All our vehicles are fully serviced and checked over. Cambelts
are replaced if due or if no record of last replacement is
available. All vehicles are sold with a minimum of 6 months, any
less than that and a new MOT will be issued.
Q: How long would I have to wait if I
liked a vehicle that I saw on your site?
Majority of vehicles can be turned around within 48 hours, quite
often sooner depending on our workload.
Q: If I like a van I have seen on
your website can I reserve it?
Yes, this is possible. We do ask our customers to put a small
deposit on the vehicle prior to viewing on the site. If you are
not happy with the description when you first view it we will
simply refund your deposit.
Q: Do you take part exchanges?
Yes we do take part exchanges, including cars, so please bring
it along and a valuation will be given straight away (we can
also settle any outstanding finance). |

Q: What sort of
warranty do you give with your vans?
Our vehicles carry a 3 month or 3000mile parts warranty backed
by us so everything is covered unless misused or damaged.
Q: Can I extend the warranty?
We can quote you for extended warranty to your requirements.
Q: How would you like me to pay for
the vehicle?
Payment can be paid in various ways. Cash (up to £9000 on any
one transaction), Bank Drafts, Building Society Cheques. Debit
or Credit Cards (2% charge on Credit Cards), Personal or
Business Cheques require clearance before collection.
Q: Do you offer finance?

Q: I am not VAT registered, do I
still have to pay the VAT?
Yes, VAT has to be pais on Commercial Vehicles unless offered
for sale Inclusive of VAT.

We can arrange Ply lining and Sign Writing.
